On July 11, 2023, a delegation from the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association (CMTBA), led by Executive Vice President Guo Changcheng, visited member company Shanghai Thinkhead Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. The visit aimed to gain insight into the company's development progress and operational strategy. General Manager Jiang Neng and Sales Director Jiang Mingfeng welcomed the delegation for discussions.

The delegation toured key operational areas, including the Gear Grinding Center and Precision Metrology Laboratory. A management roundtable followed, focusing on Thinkhead’s business performance, innovation milestones, and strategic planning.

Mr. Guo acknowledged Thinkhead’s achievements in developing precision machine tools. He shared perspectives on evolving technology trends and emphasized the association’s support for innovation among its members.

He noted that Thinkhead’s market success stems from its customer-driven engineering approach and sustained investment in core R&D, focusing on integrated machine design and fundamental technological advancements.

Mr. Guo encouraged the company to continue its pioneering work in heavy-duty gear grinding, RV reducer grinding, and ultra-high-precision machining systems—areas that support global industrial progress and technological collaboration.
